Act 3, Scene 5 (III.v) is an online publication group dedicated to frank and accessible non-fiction writing in various fields of interest.

Our flagship publication, My Entertainment World, launched in 2011 with the amalgamation of a series of independent websites dating back to 2006 focusing on arts criticism and entertainment coverage. With verticals on the topics of theatre, television, film, sports, books, music, games, and podcasts, My Entertainment World features the writing of over a hundred contributors each with a unique voice and point of view. Yearly awards, event coverage, and interviews with top artists complement the criticism and editorial work that is the heart of the publication.

Branching off of verticals originally launched through My Entertainment World, sister websites My Travel World and My Food World (coming soon) bring the III.v conversational but incisive style to new territory.

My Wedding World is the latest addition to the III.v roster. A hub for honest advice, vetted recommendations, and feedback from real couples, the website is a well-curated guide to navigating the wedding industrial complex without losing your mind or your shirt. My Wedding World also hosts a unique facilitated marketplace for couples in the Greater Toronto Area to buy and sell event items.
